Feeding those in need

Each year a large truck is parked outside the synagogue around the High Holy Days.  By the time Yom Kippur has passed, our congregants have filled the truck full of food for the Shoreline Soup Kitchen and Pantry.  Synagogue cooking teams provide dinner four times a year at the Chester Congregational Church.  We also work in the soup kitchen of the Deep River Baptist Church.
